As the Nash's season comes to a close, there is still one last trip awaiting Lakeland's men as they make the trip to the east coast to face title chasing Kings Lynn Town.
Opposition watch:
Kings Lynn sit 2nd in the league, just 2 points behind leaders AFC Fylde. They go into this one knowing that nothing but a win will be good enough if they are to lift the title on Saturday evening, however, they are also relying on Bradford Park Avenue to get at least a point against Fylde. The earlier meeting between the Nash and Kings Lynn finished 1-1 at the Tameside Stadium thanks to a penalty from Josh Hancock.
Team news:
The Nash have a number of injury concerns for Saturday's massive game after Ryan Hall, Tom Peers and Devon Matthews all picked up niggles during Tuesday's game. This comes after injuries to Hayden Campbell and Sam Walker the week prior. Goalkeeper, Chris Renshaw, is also a doubt for the game after struggling with an illness this week that kept him out of Tuesday's game against Fylde and led to him being replaced by veteran keeper, Josh Ollerenshaw.
Nash watch:
Curzon come into this one off the back of a 2-0 defeat to Fylde on Tuesday where 2 early goals finished the game after 4 minutes. This result means that the Nash need a win against Kings Lynn in order to stand a chance of confirming a playoff spot. They also require a couple of teams around them to drop points. Tuesday was the end of a 10 game unbeaten run for Lakeland's men so even if they do fall short this week, the entire club can be proud of what they have achieved this season.
